Vfinity V3 Max is a dietary supplement that promises maximum mood, energy and appetite control, providing an effective weight management solution. Manufactured by Vfinity, the official product page for V3 Max says that the “top triple action support” that the product provides, lets users “take skinny to the power of three.”
When this review was written, the official product page for V3 Max did contain an image displaying the supplement facts. However, even when enlarged the image was not clear enough to easily read the ingredients list, making it difficult to not only figure out what the product contained but hard to read the quantities of each ingredient as well.
Furthermore, while the website discussed one of the ingredients, TeaCrine (theacrine), it didn’t mention any of the other ingredients in the formula, which calls into question the integrity of the product.
That being said, based on what could be seen of the difficult-to-read ingredients list, V3 Max contains several B vitamins including B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (niacin), B5 (pantothenic acid), B6 (pyridoxine). It also contains a propriety blend, which includes TeaCrine, Caffeine Anhydrous, Hordenine HCL, Octopamine, and PEA among other ingredients.
These ingredients alone reveal a few things about the product. For starters, it contains multiple stimulants including caffeine and PEA (B-Phenylethylamine). While these ingredients can help to boost metabolism and increase mental alertness and energy (which may help to improve fat burning during physical activity), they can lead to an increased risk of stimulant-related side effects such as insomnia, jitters, rapid heartbeat, anxiety, headache, stomach upset, nervousness etc.
As for Theacrine, some research has suggested that this purine alkaloid works with the natural metabolic processes of the body to enhance energy. It is believed to help improve mental clarity, mood and motivation. While not many negative side effects have been reported with this substance, high doses of it are likely to cause similar effects to caffeine.
Unfortunately, there is no solid proof that V3 Max can aid in or lead to weight loss. It is likely to give the body an energy boost, but any weight loss that is experienced is more likely to be the result of exercise and following a calorie-controlled diet while taking this product.
Users are directed to take 2 capsules every day in the early morning or the early afternoon with a light snack or on an empty stomach, with 8 ounces of water. Users who want even more energy can take up to 2 more capsules per day. No more than 4 capsules should be exceeded in a day and users should not take pills after 4 pm to prevent sleep disturbances. Users seeking maximum weight loss also require proper nutrition and exercise to complete an effective weight control program.
Prior to taking Vfinity V3 Max, it would be in your best interest to first discuss your intentions with your health care provider.
