Variations of the Paleo diet may be all the rage, right now, but it isn’t the only one that is bringing on some great weight loss results. In fact, many people find that they have more luck with a mildly vegetarian diet than they do if they eat like their caveman counterparts.
Even more interesting is that researchers are beginning to back up this claim with the results from a range of different studies that are showing that the Paleo diet may not be all it’s cracked up to be, and there could be a great deal to gain – in terms of losing – by choosing a properly balanced vegetarian diet, or even a vegan one.
