SKALD ReviewSKALD: Oxydynamic Fat Scorcher is a dietary supplement created by BELDT Labs. It has been formulated to deliver intense energy and fat loss, respiratory support and appetite control. According to the official product website, SKALD is the “very first fat loss product that also helps you breathe better.”

SKALD reportedly delivers fat burning (thermogenesis) and fat release (lipolysis). While this is common in many fat burners designed for both weight management and high-performance sports supplements, where SKALD goes above and beyond is its key component to aid in triggering bronchodilation. This expands the respiratory airways, which leads to more airflow to the lungs.

The idea is that greater airflow means more oxygen is delivered to your cells, resulting in enhanced fat oxidation.

According to the supplement facts, when this review was written, each serving (1 capsule) contained 341 mg of the Proprietary Blend: Caffeine Anhydrous, N-Acetyl-Tyrosine, Green Tea Leaf, Bitter Orange, White Willow Bark, Verbascum Thapsus Leaf, Theobromine, Elecampane Root Powder, Bioperine Black Pepper.

What the majority of these ingredients indicate is that SKALD is likely to boost mental focus and energy. It contains multiple stimulants, including both caffeine and synephrine, the naturally occurring stimulant found in bitter orange. Caffeine has been found to increase mental focus and may also help to maximize fat burning when combined with physical activity, particularly intense physical activity like cardio workouts.

Syneprhine boosts the effects of caffeine, which some believe can amp up fat burning even more. Unfortunately, while it does boost the effects of caffeine, this means that aside from caffeine’s potential positive effects, it also boosts it’s negative ones as well. Since caffeine works on the central nervous system, it increases blood pressure. Synephrine combined with caffeine can actually cause high blood pressure. In some cases, this can increase the risk of other more serious cardiovascular issues like fainting, heart attack and stroke.

Although these diet pills are meant for healthy adults, due to the combination of caffeine and bitter orange in this product, it is highly recommended that you first speak with your healthcare provider prior to taking SKALD, even if you have no existing medical conditions or are note currently taking medications.

With that mind, the suggested use is to first assess your tolerance before taking the maximum dose. Begin by taking 1 capsule on an empty stomach 15 – 20 minute prior to breakfast. You can also take 1 extra capsule 5 – 6 hours later. Once you have assessed your tolerance, an additional capsule may be added only to your morning dose for a maximum of 3 pills daily. It is also recommended that you take a 2 week break from Xenadrine Ultimate after every 6 weeks of use.
