Normally I get hungry every 3 hrs on the button and I HAVE to eat or else I get so ravenous I majorly over eat at the next meal. It’s a vicious cycle that I can’t seem to break, not to mention I have a super busy job and am always on the go, so packing several small healthy meals is just way too time consuming. I decided to give this Trimthin a try and I will say it works! I don’t think about food now all day and have to force myself to eat lunch and dinner and no overeating anymore. I don’t even want to eat at night infront of the TV (another big issue I have.) I am also feeling really good and even think it’s improving my concentration.
