I currently weigh 185 and after having my son 2 years ago the weight has stuck around. I plan to walk every morning and do cardio in the evening. I am also trying to drink several litres of water/day. On my first day of taking trimthin I took it 1/2 hr before breakfast (cereal) and then I was not hungry the rest of the day. Day 2 was the same and then on day 3 I forced myself to eat dinner. I love the appetite control. I will post in a week or so, stay tuned.
