MELT contains plenty of stimulant ingredients including caffeine, phenylethylamine (PEA), synephrine (bitter orange) and hordenine. Due to the number of stimulants, it is highly likely that you will experience a boost in energy and may feel mentally alert. Although this may be helpful in terms of burning more fat when you combine this product with exercise, you might find that the risks associated with taking this fat burner may outweigh its potential benefits.

The negative side of MELT is also its benefit: stimulants. To start, each serving contains 2 cups of coffee worth of caffeine, which means a daily dose is the equivalent to 4 cups of coffee per day. Caffeine can cause effects such as sleeplessness, irritability, jitters, anxiety, headache, digestive upset, racing heartbeat, etc. Moreover, this product contains PEA and synephrine, both of which work to enhance the effects of caffeine (both good and bad). In regard to syneprhine, when combine with caffeine, the FDA has found that it also increases the risk of fainting, high blood pressure, heart attack and stroke, even in healthy individuals.

Due to these ingredients and the amounts included in this formula, there is a high chance that you may experience some unpleasant effects. To help minimize such effects, it would be wise to avoid ingesting any other stimulants while taking it (ex. coffee, tea, energy drinks, soda, etc.)

Finally, keep in mind that even if you do burn fat taking MELT, there is no guarantee that it will deplete your appetite or your weight. With that in mind, it would be wise for you to first consult with your healthcare provider before taking this product, regardless of your reasons for wanting to take it.
