Lean PM is a stimulant-free fat burner supplement from Jacked Factory. It promotes a more restful and deep sleep, with claims that it reduces food cravings, boosts mood and sense of wellbeing, and burns fat while you sleep.
More specifically, it is formulated to promote fat loss, mood enhancement, sleep support, relaxation and appetite suppression. The product supposedly achieves this by promoting fat loss via multiple pathways without the use of stimulants.
At the time that this review was created, Lean PM contained Vitamin B6 (10 mg), Magnesium (150 mg), Epigallocatechin Gallate (300 mg), L-Theanine (200 mg), 5-HTP (150 mg), Melatonin (5 mg), Bioperine (5 mg). Two capsules made up one serving size. The recommended dosage is to take 2 capsules 45 minutes prior to bed on an empty stomach.
While Lean PM can be taken on its own, it is common for users to combine it as part of a weight loss regimen that also includes a daytime fat burner.
In terms of its fat loss effectiveness, the product does contain vitamin b6 and epigallocaechine gallate (from green tea), which may help to boost metabolism and increase fat burning. That said, it should be noted that the fat burning benefits these ingredients provide are really only seen when they are combined with physical activity. In other words, you are not likely to burn any more fat than you normally would when you sleep from taking Lean PM.
As for its ability to improve mood and sleep, this seems far more likely. The reason is that most of the ingredients support relaxation and restful sleep including magnesium, l-theanine, 5-HTP and melatonin. Therefore, although you are not likely to experience measureable fat loss taking Lean PM, there is a good chance that you will feel more restful. The good news is that regular adequate sleep can improve your health, boost your immune system, improve your mood and help you stay on track with your weight loss goals.
Still, don’t expect any miracle fat loss simply from taking this product. Also, be sure to talk to your healthcare provider before taking this dietary supplement either for fat loss or as a sleep aid.
