BeautySlender

BeautySlender review“Get the knockout body you’ve always wanted with the help of BeautySlender,” states the official BeautyFit website.

BeautyFit is the creator behind BeautySlender, a weight loss supplement designed specifically for women that supposedly maximizes weight loss and lean muscle by attacking stubborn fat areas on the female body, such as the thighs, hips, butt and stomach. It is also supposed to lower sugar cravings, assist in the regulation of hormonal metabolic function, enhance skin appearance and condition, and promote heart health.

The claim is that BeautySlender can provide this benefit and other advantages because of its stimulant-free formula, which contains a proprietary blend of fatty acids, such as CLA, GLA, DHA, EPA and Omega 3, 6, and 9. More specifically, the propriety blend that makes up each BeautySlender softgel contains Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA), Gamma Linoleic Acid (GLA), Alpha Linoleic Acid (ALA), Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA), Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA), Omega 3-6-9 Blend.

Some research suggests that many of these ingredients can provide benefits that may be beneficial to those seeking to lose weight. For instance, CLA is thought to assist in improving the effectiveness of glucose passing into muscle cells, which can help stop glucose from transforming into fat. Some studies suggest that ALA can regulate metabolism and inhibit the metabolism of fat. ALA may also help to balance blood glucose levels, drastically reducing cravings for sweets.

As for omega 3 fish oil, some studies have found that when it is combined with aerobic exercise, it can enhance weight loss and increase the production of the hormone responsible for regulating major body functions like digestion, fat storage, and insulin production.

Unfortunately, the downside is that while some studies have had positive findings, there is not enough scientific evidence to prove that any of these ingredients are effective for fat loss. In other words, there is no solid clinical proof that BeautySlender will be able to live up to its claims in regard to weight loss. Furthermore, even if it does work, it’s unlikely to target specific fat areas. When fat loss occurs, fat is lost all over the body, not just in specific spots. Therefore, if this product is going to “attack” fat areas on the female body, women can also expect to see a reduction of fat in their breasts, as well.

On a positive note, BeautySlender is free of stimulants, which isn’t something that many diet pills on the OTC weight loss market can claim. By having no stimulants within its formula, this means that there is no risk of stimulant-related side effects, such as jitters, insomnia, anxiety, headache, and so on. Additionally, it does contain essential fatty acids, which may contribute to overall good health.

For best results, BeautySlender should be taken as recommended and be combined with a well-balanced low-calorie diet and a regular exercise program. With that in mind, it would still be wise to consult with your healthcare professional before taking this product.
