How Angry Supplements Garcinia Cambogia PM Works

Angry Supplements Garcinia Cambogia PM supposedly works by helping to reduce late night cravings and aids the body in obtaining a restful night of sleep.

The ingredients in this formula include:

  • Zinc
  • Magnesium
  • Chromium
  • Garcinia Cambogia
  • Dandelion Root
  • Valerain Root
  • Gymnema Sylvestre
  • Gamma Amino Butyric Acid (GABA)
  • Cinnamon
  • L-Tryptophan
  • CLA 60%
  • Raspberry Ketone
  • Melatonin

The suggested use is to take one serving (2 tablets) on an empty stomach, a half hour (30 minutes) or one hour (60 minutes) before bed. No more than 2 tablets should be taken within a 24 hour period.

The manufacturer recommends that taking other supplements with dairy or other foods containing calcium should be avoided when taking this PM diet pill. The reason being is that calcium can decrease the rate of absorption. 

Will I Really Lose More Weight with this Product as I Sleep?

Probably not. It is highly unlikely that taking Angry Supplements Garcinia Cambogia PM will lead to increased, long-term, meaningful weight reduction. The main reason for this is that there is lack of evidence that Garcinia Cambogia is effective for weight loss.

There are many claims that this ingredient can help with appetite suppression, reduce cravings, burn fat and even block the absorption of fat. However, none of this has ever been clinically proven and most of the studies conducted on this herb have been done on animals.  Very few human studies have been undertaken. In short, little is known about the efficacy and safety of garcinia cambogia in humans.
